  CROSSTHING  is a truly outstanding recording with fine compositions, excellent arrangements a great rhythm section.

I had the chance to play with Enrico Bracco who is a very original and skilful musician and playing with Max was also an especially fine experience for me.

I must say that I greatly appreciate the courage and the determination of D'Alisera in choosing to play with a tenor sax player of the calibre of Ionata which is certainly not an easy thing above all psycologically but as in all "tenor battles" of a high level it is the difference in style and in sonorities that made the session such a success.

So I congratulate the whole group once again and wish them all the best for the success of this album.
